Our History

The Big Philly began with a clear goal: to bring together two comfort-food legends, the Philly cheesesteak and authentic poutine, and do them right.
What started as a simple idea quickly became a full-flavor concept built on real ingredients, generous portions, and food made fresh to order. From USDA Choice steak and authentic Amoroso’s rolls to real cheese curds and rich gravy, quality has always been non-negotiable.
In 2025, we opened our first location in Arlington, Dallas, serving bold, satisfying comfort food with fast, friendly service. Since day one, our focus has stayed the same: deliver crave-worthy classics, stay consistent, and create a place customers want to come back to again and again.
